Friday, July 11, 2025
6:00-9:00 Meet and Greet
- Check in at the family reunion registration table to receive your Welcome Bag. We will have food, games, karaoke, fun, and more!
Saturday, July 12, 2025
10:00 am-11:30 am: International African American History Museum
- We will load the bus to explore the Charleston IAAH
12:00 pm-3:00 pm: Explore Downtown Charleston
- You will be able to choose to visit the Charleston Aquarium, go on a Gullah Geechee tour, or explore downtown Charleston on your own.
12:00 pm-2:00 pm: Super Senior Saturday
- For our family members 65 and older who will not explore Charleston. Come have lunch, enjoy music, fellowship, and relax.
4:00 pm-5:00 pm: Kids Pool Party
- Fun at the hotel pool with activities for our younger family members
6:00 pm-10:00 pm: Family Banquet
- Signature event including dinner, recognitions, tributes, and dancing!
Sunday, July 13, 2025
9:00 am-11:00 am: Worship Service and Family Meeting
- Worship service and business meeting
12:00 pm-3:00 pm: Family Cookout
- Silent auction, food, fellowship, fun, and farewell prayer
